Driving Directions

From Morgantown:

Travel on Interstate 68 East to the Friendsville Exit. Follow State Route 42 South to McHenry. In McHenry, follow U.S. Route 219 through Oakland. Continue on U.S. Route 219 south to Route 560. You will pass through the communities of Oak Park and Loch Lynn Heights. You will travel towards Gorman, Maryland, and Gormania, West Virginia.

At the U.S. Route 50 intersection, turn left to cross the bridge into West Virginia. Follow U.S. Route 50 to Mt. Storm, where you take Route 42 south towards Scherr. You will follow Route 42 to Petersburg.

In Petersburg, take U.S. Route 220 South toward Franklin, about 30 minutes. At the stop light in Franklin, you will continue traveling South on Route 220. Right after the stop light and gas station, turn left on Lee Drive. Lee Drive becomes South Branch Street. Go about three blocks and make a left onto Confederate Road; the Pendleton County Extension Office is located on the left in the Pendleton Community Building, a gray, block building with blue trim.

From Elkins follow Route 33 East:

At Exxon Station, turn right onto Route 220 and Route 33. At stoplight, continue through on Route 220 south. Right after the stop light and Shell Station on your left, turn left on Lee Drive. Lee Drive becomes South Branch Street. Go about three blocks and make a left onto Confederate Road; the Pendleton County Extension Office is located on the left in the Pendleton Community Building, a gray, block building with blue trim.

From Petersburg follow Route 220 South:
